The contestants were promoting South African Tourism on last night's episode. We have a beautiful country with so much a tourist can do. I love South Africa, I was born here in 1980 and have lived in SA all 33 years of my life. There are some things I do not like, the poverty, crime and corruption but it is such a diverse country with loads to do, but we are so far away from the rest of the "civilised world", at least a 10hr50 min (JNB-LHR) flight to Europe or 16 hours to New York. 9 hours from Johannesburg to Perth but 12 and a half hour flight from Perth to Johannesburg. (you fly against the head wind from PER to JNB)
